We have a project management, construction management and construction/project claims management division, providing analytics, arbitration and litigation support as well as claims negotiations. We have an advisory and asset management division, providing various implementation strategies and hands-on asset management services as well as a principal transactions group investing its own resources in real estate assets. We also specialize in value added and distressed opportunities. The Asset Management and Development services specialize in hospitality, multifamily, single family and select commercial property classes. The markets in which we are involved include the Midwest, New York, the Southeast, Florida and the West Coast.
